This multi-phase project spanned 21 days, completing the installation across three floors within two buildings. The scope included the relocation, delivery, and installation (R/D/I) of 148 cubicles and 8 private offices, each outfitted with height-adjustable tables, side surfaces, storage, and accessories. Additionally, the project involved the setup of various specialty products, such as Jetty pods, 10 hush booths (four different models), Allsteel architectural wall systems, conference rooms, break areas, lounges, and collaboration spaces.
Following a structured, phased approach, the project was executed with real-time issue resolution to ensure a smooth transition. This included transporting IT equipment from an offsite location and integrating it into each workstation. The team actively managed layout changes, cable organization, and power solutions throughout the process. Lab furnishings were delivered and installed, with surface modifications completed as needed, including grommet hole corrections and custom surface adjustments. The execution was designed to minimize disruptions and maintain operational efficiency across all spaces.
